Along with my nearly 25 years of experience in wealth management and financial planning, I have worked to build a team of experienced professionals here at Summit Financial & Insurance Services. 

My first career was providing various claims and investigative services to insurance companies, which I started, built and sold in the 1990s. After completing a B.S. in Business Management from Biola University and leading financial programs at church, I was able to pursue my dream job of becoming a financial advisor. Since then, I have earned credentials including Certified Retirement Counselor, Registered Financial Consultant, a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 License Holder. He also has his California Insurance License. I am also honored to have been a multi-year recipient of the Five Star Wealth Manager Award.*

Over the years, I have gained experience and expertise in providing comprehensive financial and wealth management plans, individual and employer-sponsored retirement plans and both life and long-term care insurance solutions.  I have been blessed to have been able to work with a lot of women over the years, including many widows, and am passionate about empowering women in the financial world.

During his free time Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife April, of over 33 years. Attending church, traveling, kayaking, cycling and exploring the PNW are highlights. We are blessed to live fairly close to our adult son, Michael, as well as our daughter Megan and her husband, Sam, and enjoy time, travel and activities with them as well.

Raz Bracha, partner, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ at Summit Financial joined the firm in April 2020... right in the midst of COVID-19. Shortly after, Raz delivered on his goal of obtaining his CFP® designation and now oversees the planning process at Summit. In 2023, Raz physically bought into the firm and became a partner along with Jerry with the goal of not only maintaining the relationships but also creating new ones with the younger generation of clients.

Raz was raised in Irvine, CA before receiving a scholarship to play baseball at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. While playing baseball, Raz was able to complete both his bachelor's and master’s degrees at UMass Lowell in 4.5 years. Raz spent the first 3 years building his practice with former broker-dealer HTK’s Boston Agency, Concord Wealth Management, where he was named the Top 5 Emerging Advisor in the nation and was a recipient of Penn Mutuals’ President Scholarship award.

Now back in Orange County after 7 years in the Northeast, Raz enjoys basically anything that exemplifies the California sunshine. You can catch Raz walking with his golden retriever, Hurley, on the Beach City piers, surfing the waves of our local beach cities, golfing, beer and wine tasting, and of course, rooting on our backyard Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

Leah Pattison, CFP®

Leah Pattison is a Financial Planner at Summit Financial. Born and raised in Southern California,
she is no stranger to the sunshine and understands clients don’t want to spend time stressing
about their financial future. She has developed a career out of creating financial plans for our
clients that ensure clients enjoy more and worry less.

In 2016 Leah received her Bachelors of Science degree from West Coast University.
Additionally, she was nominated into the Sigma Phi Alpha Honors society by her peers and
professors. Leah began her working career in healthcare, but fate landed her in the Financial
Services sector. Upon entering the financial services industry in 2019, she immediately knew
this was the industry where her skill set would flourish. She is dedicated to serving in a fiduciary
capacity for individuals and company retirement plans. Whether she is meeting a client for
coffee in Costa Mesa, or calling to see how the new job is going, she is always happy to
empower and support those we work with.

When not working, she can be found at CrossFit, enjoying a glass of wine, playing beach
volleyball, and cheering for the Los Angeles Kings hockey team. Leah and her husband have an
Italian Mastiff named Mazikeen.

Sheena Hamraj

Sheena Hamraj is the newest addition to our team and is excited to be a part of the Summit Financial & Insurance Services family. Her ongoing priority is to develop strong and trusting relationships with our clients to ensure they enjoy a remarkable client experience.

She comes with 19 years of experience in the financial industry, most recently Merrill Lynch and US Bank.  In this industry, she has previously held different roles in sales & marketing, operations, and compliance & management. With her extensive background, Sheena delivers exceptional and seamless client support.

Sheena was born in Edmonton, Alberta and has lived in Downey, California since 1991.  In 2006 she graduated with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, International Business from California State University, Los Angeles. 

Sheena is a huge advocate for finding a cure for multiple sclerosis and organizes yearly walks and fundraisers with family and friends. She enjoys baseball and hockey and is a loyal Dodgers and Oilers fan. In her free time, Sheena loves baking sweet treats, gardening, swimming, and exploring the great outdoors with her German Shepherd-Mastiff fur baby, Bear.

M. Scott Huddleston

Financial Advisor

Beginning his career in the life insurance business in 1980, Scott began to acquire his securities licenses in 1983 to focus on more comprehensive financial planning. Since the 2000’s he has been working primarily with prosperous families to design a financial road map to allow his clients to plan for retirement, build or preserve wealth, create a family legacy, including charitable giving. As an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR), he offers advisory services utilizing a fee-based platform incorporating strategic and tactical styles. Under the fiduciary standard, he acts in the best interest of his clients and puts their interests first. Scott has three grown children, who are currently working with non-profit organizations and serving in the military. He, and his wife, Peggy, are actively involved in their local church and community. In addition to helping people with their financial needs, he enjoys being outside in beautiful Southern California weather, spending time with his family and two grandchildren, drives with his fellow sports car club members, and an occasional round of golf.

Pamela Densmore

Client Relationship Manager

Having begun her career with EF Hutton, Pamela has over 30 years of experience in the securities and wealth management industry. She manages the client experience by providing support to all facets of the investment process, handling the day-to-day inquiries from clients, and acts as a liaison between custodians and investment managers. Her passion is cultivating long-term client relations with superior customer service.

Pamela and her husband Al have been married 32 years and have 2 children. They are both very active in their local horse community and church. Pamela also has a passion for philanthropic work. She is an Honorary Life Member of The National Charity League, Inc. and is a current board member of her local chapter. Along with providing deep bonds with family and community, this organization enables her and her daughter to support and serve alongside local philanthropies, including her favorite - fostering retired Greyhounds.

Pamela has acquired over the years several securities registrations, is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and is a California-licensed Insurance Professional, License 0A09294
